Wagy provides flexible messaging features via the Send Message page. You can send individual messages for personalization or mass messages (broadcast) for marketing campaigns.

Single Message

This feature is ideal for sending quick messages to a single number.

  • Recipient: Enter the destination WhatsApp number (use international format, e.g., 62812...).
  • Media: You can include Images, Videos, or Documents by entering a valid file URL.
  • Preview: See how your message will look in the real-time WhatsApp screen simulation on the right.

Broadcast

Send messages to hundreds of customers at once with high efficiency.

Broadcast Format

Enter your list of numbers in the following format:

62812345678;Customer Name;Variable1;Variable2
62899887766;Budi Santoso;Paid;May 10th

Personalization with Variables

Use placeholders to make messages feel more personal:

  • {{nama}}: Will be replaced with the second column (Customer Name).
  • {{1}}, {{2}}, etc.: Will be replaced with the subsequent columns.

Example Message:

"Hello {{nama}}, thank you for your payment. Your current status is: {{1}} on {{2}}."

Wagy Anti-Ban Features

We care about the safety of your number. Therefore, Wagy is equipped with built-in security systems:

  1. Smart Delay: You can set a time delay (in seconds) between message deliveries to avoid spam detection by the WhatsApp system.
  2. Queue Management: Messages enter a server queue and are sent sequentially, ensuring a stable delivery load.
  3. Security Tips:
    • Use a minimum delay of 5-10 seconds for broadcasts.
    • Avoid sending the exact same message to too many people (use variables).
    • Ensure recipients know your number to avoid reports.
