Manage your quota needs and subscriptions with a secure and transparent automated payment system on the Billing page.
Purchasing Quota Packages​
We provide various quota package options that can be tailored to your business scale:
- Select Device: Determine which device you want to top up.
- Select Package: Choose the desired number of messages and validity period.
- Checkout: The system will automatically generate an invoice.
- Payment: We partner with a payment gateway (Tripay) to support various payment methods:
- Virtual Accounts (Mandiri, BNI, BRI, etc.).
- E-Wallets (OVO, Dana, QRIS).
- Convenience Stores (Alfamart, Indomaret).
Promos & Vouchers​
If you have a promo code or physical voucher:
- Enter the code in the Promo Code field.
- Click Redeem. The quota will automatically be added to the selected device without needing to make a payment.
Transaction History & Invoices​
Every transaction will be neatly recorded in the History table:
- Download invoices anytime for bookkeeping purposes.
- Monitor payment status (Unpaid, Paid).
- View details of previously purchased packages.
Complete Profile
Ensure you have completed your name and address data on the Profile page before making a purchase. This data is required for generating administratively valid invoices.
